about

John 7:38 says, "Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, ‘Out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.’”

This song is a description of this occurring in our midst. The statement that believing in Him causes rivers of living water to flow within us clarifies His readiness and willingness to come and renew us from the inside out.

This song's bridge is our agreement with the Scripture:
- In all things the Holy Spirit is set on glorifying the Son.
- Breath and Spirit in the bible are synonymous. John 20:22 says, "And when [Jesus] had said this, He breathed on them and said to them, “Receive the Holy Spirit."
- The Spirit brings about the unity of the church with God. 1 Cor. 12:13 says, "For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—Jews or Greeks, slaves or free—and all were made to drink of one Spirit."

lyrics

You’re ready and willing, and I will sing without a doubt
You’re ready and willing, to change me from the inside out

Living Water pours inside of my chest
Rushing over now and it’s giving me rest

Holy Spirit come and bring it
Glorify the Son
You will breathe and we’ll receive it
You will make us one

You give me rest God, and the best is yet to come
